We are committed to ensuring the best possible dining experience during these uncertain times. To this end, we are following the recommendations of the CDC, adhering to the regulations of our state governments, and implementing the following safety measures across all our locations:
Daily Health Screening
Every employee undergoes a health screening at the beginning of each shift, during which their temperature is read with a forehead thermometer and they are asked if they are experiencing any symptoms indicitive of a possible COVID-19 infection.
Tables throughout the restaurant are spaced at least six feet apart and have been increased in size to help maintain distance between guests and staff. Unused tables and chairs have been removed to prevent confusion. Guests are strongly encouraged to make reservations and asked to wait in their vehicles until their scheduled reservation time.
Healthy Hygiene Practices
Employees have been trained in practical healthy hygiene practices, including regular handwashing for at least 20 seconds, fully covering the nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, avoiding touching the face, nose, and mouth, and wearing face coverings in accordance with state requirements.
Extra sanitation practices have been implemented throughout the restaurant, including regular disinfecting of doors, restrooms, chairs, condiments, and other high contact surfaces. Hand Sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol is located throughout the dining room for guests and employees to use freely.
Signage is visibly posted which prohibits anyone displaying symptoms from entering the restaurant, enforces social distancing, describes effective preventative measures, highlights thorough handwashing technique, and provides information on cloth face coverings.
